How To Reset Your Gledopto Smart Lights and Controllers With Phillips Hue

One of the biggest reasons for customers queries when their new smart bulbs, lights or controllers arrive is how they can reset them and connect them to the Phillips Hue system.

Our range of smart bulbs work in the exact same way as the Phillips Hue bulbs - to factory reset them simply power them on/off 5 times until they flash - this will reset their config and put them back into pairing mode.

Once you have completed this you will be able to search for the bulbs and controllers in the Hue app like any other light source and they will be found allowing you to name them and assign them to a room.
